MYSTERY GIFT CARD PROMOTION

PROMOTION OVERVIEW

The Century 21 NYC Mystery Gift Card Promotion ("Promotion") is offered by Century 21 USA LLC ("Century 21," "we," "us," or "our") at our Downtown Flagship location, 22 Cortlandt Street, New York, NY 10007. By participating in this Promotion, you ("Participant") agree to be bound by these Official Terms & Conditions.

 

ELIGIBILITY & MEMBERSHIP

1.      Participation is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation.

2.     Participants MUST be active, enrolled members of C21 Rewards, the official Century 21 NYC loyalty program, at the time of both receiving and redeeming the Mystery Gift Card. Membership is free and may be obtained in-store.

3.     Employees, officers, and directors of Century 21 USA LLC, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members are not eligible to participate.

4.    New C21 Rewards members who sign up in-store during the Distribution Period are immediately eligible for the Promotion.

 

HOW TO RECEIVE

5.     NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. During the Distribution Period (dates to be announced and posted in-store and on Century 21 NYC social channels), active C21 Rewards members may receive one (1) Mystery Gift Card in-store at the Century 21 NYC Downtown Flagship location.

6.     Limit one (1) Mystery Gift Card per C21 Rewards member. Members must present valid C21 Rewards membership at the time of distribution.

7.     Mystery Gift Cards will be distributed by cashiers at the point of sale. Cards are not available for self-service pickup.

8.     Mystery Gift Cards are available while supplies last. Century 21 reserves the right to end the Distribution Period early if supply is exhausted.

 

REDEMPTION PERIOD

9.     Mystery Gift Cards are redeemable in-store only at the Century 21 NYC Downtown Flagship location from April 5, 2026 through May 6, 2026 (the "Redemption Period").

10.  To redeem, the Participant must present the original, physical Mystery Gift Card coupon to the cashier at the time of purchase. The card will be scanned at the register to reveal its value.

11.    Each Mystery Gift Card contains a hidden value of $5, $15, $30, $50, $100, or $500. Values are pre-assigned and final. Century 21 does not guarantee any particular value.

12.   NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO REDEEM. Participants may visit the store during the Redemption Period to reveal their gift card value and apply it to a purchase, or simply to reveal the value with no obligation to buy.

13.   Mystery Gift Cards not redeemed by 11:59 PM ET on May 6, 2026 will be void and carry no value.

 

 RESTRICTIONS

14.  Limit one (1) Mystery Gift Card per C21 Rewards member.

15.   Mystery Gift Cards are one-time use only. Any remaining balance after redemption is forfeited.

16.   Mystery Gift Cards have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, check, or cash equivalent.

17.   Mystery Gift Cards may NOT be applied to the purchase of Century 21 gift cards or store credit.

18.   Mystery Gift Cards may NOT be applied to prior purchases, layaway balances, or pending orders.

19.   Mystery Gift Cards are NOT redeemable for vintage merchandise and select departments and services as designated by Century 21 at its sole discretion. Excluded departments will be posted in-store.

20. Mystery Gift Cards may NOT be used toward the purchase of Authenticators handbags or other restricted product categories as determined by Century 21.

21.   Mystery Gift Cards exclude taxes. The gift card value will be applied to the merchandise subtotal before tax.

22.  If an item purchased using a Mystery Gift Card is subsequently returned or exchanged, the full value of the Mystery Gift Card is forfeited. No replacement card or credit will be issued.

23.  Mystery Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and are not for resale, auction, or commercial distribution. Any attempt to sell, auction, or transfer a Mystery Gift Card will void the card immediately.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

24. Century 21 reserves the right to limit the quantity of Mystery Gift Cards distributed per customer and/or per household.

25.  Century 21 reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this Promotion at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or liability, including in the event of fraud, technical failures, or any other factor that impairs the integrity of the Promotion.

26.  Century 21 reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who tampers with the Promotion process or violates these Terms & Conditions.

27.  Lost, stolen, damaged, altered, counterfeited, or destroyed Mystery Gift Cards will not be replaced or honored. Participants are responsible for safeguarding their cards.

28. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

29.  Any disputes arising from this Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in New York County, New York.

30. By participating, the Participant agrees to release and hold harmless Century 21 USA LLC, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liability arising from participation in this Promotion or the use or misuse of any Mystery Gift Card.

31.   Century 21 is not responsible for printing errors, typographical mistakes, or technical malfunctions related to the Promotion.
