What is C21 Rewards?
C21 Rewards is a free rewards program from C21. Members earn points on purchases at any C21 store. The program is available to customers 18 years or older who enroll with a valid email and mobile number.
Is there a cost to join C21 Rewards?
No, C21 Rewards is free, with no cost to join and no credit card application required.
How do I join C21 Rewards?
You can join at the flagship store in NYC, on C21stores.com, or by creating an online account that enrolls you into the program.
I signed up for an online account. Am I a member of C21 Rewards?
No, you need to sign up specifically for the C21 Rewards program to become a member.
Can I have more than one C21 Rewards account?
No, C21 Rewards can only apply to one user at a time.

How to earn points as a C21 Rewards member
How do I earn points in C21 Rewards?
Points are earned by making purchases at C21 stores and providing your C21 Rewards info. Points are not awarded for purchases made for resale or commercial purposes. Max points earned in a day is 2500 points.
How many points do I earn on my purchase?
- C21 Red ($0 - $1,499): 1 point per $1 spent.
- C21 Silver ($1,500 - $2,999): 2 points per $1 spent.
- C21 Gold ($3000+): 3 points per $1 spent.
How many points can I earn from activities?
You can earn 100 points upon signing up for C21 Rewards.
Can I earn points on gift card purchases?
Points are not earned for the purchase of gift cards but can be earned when the gift card is redeemed for merchandise.
Can I earn points on clearance or sale items?
Yes, points are earned on clearance or sale items unless otherwise noted. Please note that points are earned on the subtotal of the order and not the original value.
What if I don’t see points I should have earned?
Allow up to 72 hours for points to appear.
I forgot to tell an Associate I’m a C21 Rewards member when I made a purchase. Can I still get points?
Yes, you have 30 days to come back into store and and get your points by speaking with an associate.
What happens to my points when I return items or cancel an order?
Points will be deducted for returned or canceled items.
Do my points expire?
Points expire if you don’t make a purchase within 365 days. Points don’t have cash value and are forfeited upon expiration.
What are the C21 Rewards status levels?
Status levels are base 12 month rolling period:
- C21 Red ($0 - $999): 1 point / $1 spent
- C21 Silver ($999 - $2499): 1.5 points / $1 spent
- C21 Gold ($2500+): 2 points / $1 spent
When do points show up in my account?
Points appear within 3 business days but should appear 24 hours after your purchase.
How long us my membership tier valid?
Your membership tier is determined based on your net spend over a rolling 12-month period. This means your tier can change throughout the year as you make purchases. Keep shopping to maintain or upgrade your tier!
Are points earned on the total order + taxes and fees?
No, points apply only to the subtotal before taxes and fees and net of discounts.
I don’t see points in my account. What do I do?
You would come back into store and and get your points by speaking with an associate.

How do I earn Rewards?
Rewards are automatically issued when you earn 500 points. For every 500 points, you get a $10 Reward. When 500 points are earned, you will automatically be issued a $10 reward. The points balance in your account will automatically adjust to 0 points with a $10 reward available for purchase.
When will my reward be issued?
Rewards are issued 24 hours after the minimum 500 points are accumalated the following business day.
Do my Rewards expire?
Yes, they expire 90 days after issuance (date stated on the Rewards email).
Can I share my points/Rewards/benefits?
No, points, Rewards, and benefits are non-transferable.
Can I use my Rewards online and in-store?
Rewards and Birthday Rewards can only be use in-store are are single-use only. Purchases made through our partner or subleased department Shop Shops do not apply to C21 Rewards.
How do I redeem my Rewards?
In-store: Provide your Rewards info at checkout or show your Rewards barcode to the Associate. Online: Apply your Reward during checkout.
Can I use my Welcome/Birthday Reward with other discounts?
No, Welcome and Birthday Rewards cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
Can I use my Rewards to purchase gift cards?
No, Rewards cannot be applied to the purchase of gift cards.
How do I see available Rewards/points?
Log into your loyalty account on C21stores.com.
Can I return Rewards or use a partial Reward?
No, Rewards must be used in full. If your order total is less than the Reward amount, any excess is forfeited.
How do I redeem points from the former Century 21 Department Stores (C21 Status) Loyalty account?
The former Century 21 Loyalty program is not active, and old points or benefits cannot be used.
If I return a purchase that used a Reward, will I get my Reward back?
No, Rewards are one-time use. If you return an item bought with a Reward, the Reward will not be returned.

Yes, you can choose to unsubscribe from marketing emails while still remaining an active C21 Rewards member. However, you may miss out on exclusive promotions and points-earning opportunities communicated via email.
Can I combine multiple accounts?
No, multiple C21 Rewards accounts cannot be combined.
