At Century 21, we want you to be happy with your purchase, so if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return or exchange up to 30 days from the purchase date (with certain exclusions). All item(s) must be in original condition, with no signs of damage or wear with all tags attached.
Gift card purchases, vintage items and discounted final sale merchandise are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
In-Store Returns
Century 21 Store purchases are eligible for returns or exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date with the original receipt.
*We reserve the right to require a photo ID and may limit returns due to unavoidable circumstances such as excessive frequency or dollar amounts. Refunds in store may take up to 3-5 business days to process. Please allow an additional 10-14 business days for your financial institution to process the refund back to your account.
Exchanges
To exchange items from an in-store purchase, please visit the store.

All returns and exchanges are subject to obtaining the customers valid government issued ID showing the customer's name, address, and signature

All Merchandise returns must be in like new condition. “Like New” means unworn, undamaged, unaltered, saleable, and with all tickets attached”

“All Swimwear & Undergarments must be new and unworn with tickets attached.

Century 21 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in like new condition. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

“We reserve the right to set limitations on the number of items that may be purchased in any order or series of orders. Century 21 reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, prohibit purchases and/or returns of products by resellers, stylists, or bulk purchases. Sales to individuals whom Century 21 believes to be resellers, stylists, or bulk purchasers will incur a 15% restocking fee on any merchandised returned.
