Yes! We have fitting rooms on every apparel floor (Floors 2 and 3). No appointment needed — just grab your finds and try them on.
Can I return orders in store?
Yes, you can return items purchased on c21stores.com at our 22 Cortlandt Street location. Bring your order confirmation and the item(s) in original condition with tags attached.
Is there a kids' section?
Yes! Our Lower Level features a full kids' department with clothing and shoes for boys and girls, including designer brands at discount prices.
Do you accept gift cards?
Yes, we accept Century 21 gift cards both in store and online. You can check your gift card balance on our website.
Is the store wheelchair accessible?
Yes, Century 21 NYC is fully wheelchair accessible with elevator access to all four floors. Our main entrance on Cortlandt Street is at street level.
Do you offer alterations?
Yes! We have an on-site alterations department on Floor 3 (Men's Apparel). Alterations are available for both men's and women's clothing purchased at Century 21.
