MYSTERY GIFT CARD PROMOTION

PROMOTION OVERVIEW

The Century 21 NYC Mystery Gift Card Promotion ("Promotion") is offered by Century 21 USA LLC ("Century 21," "we," "us," or "our") at our Downtown Flagship location, 22 Cortlandt Street, New York, NY 10007. By participating in this Promotion, you ("Participant") agree to be bound by these Official Terms & Conditions.

IMPORTANT: Despite the use of the term "Gift Card" in the Promotion name, the Mystery Gift Card is a promotional coupon issued at no cost to the Participant. It is not a gift card, gift certificate, stored-value card, or prepaid card as defined under New York General Business Law §396-i or any other applicable federal or state gift card regulation. The Mystery Gift Card carries no stored monetary value, was not purchased by or on behalf of the Participant, and is subject to the expiration dates and restrictions set forth herein.

ELIGIBILITY & MEMBERSHIP

1.      Participation is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation.

2.     Participants MUST be active, enrolled members of C21 Rewards, the official Century 21 NYC loyalty program, at the time of both receiving and redeeming the coupon. Membership is free and may be obtained in-store.

3.     Employees, officers, and directors of Century 21 USA LLC, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members are not eligible to participate.

4.    New C21 Rewards members who sign up in-store during the Distribution Period are immediately eligible for the Promotion.

HOW TO RECEIVE A MYSTERY GIFT CARD

5.     NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Mystery Gift Cards will be distributed to active C21 Rewards members in-store at the Century 21 NYC Downtown Flagship location on a while-supplies-last basis (the "Distribution Period"). The Distribution Period begins on the date announced in-store and on Century 21 NYC social channels and ends when all Mystery Gift Cards have been distributed. Century 21 makes no guarantee of availability.

6.     Limit one (1) Mystery Gift Card per C21 Rewards member. Members must present valid C21 Rewards membership at the time of distribution.

7.     Coupons will be distributed by store associates. Coupons are not available for self-service pickup.

REDEMPTION PERIOD

8.     Mystery Gift Cards are redeemable in-store only at the Century 21 NYC Downtown Flagship location from April 5, 2026 through May 6, 2026 at store closing (9:00 PM ET) (the "Redemption Period").

9.     To redeem, the Participant must present the original, physical coupon to the cashier at the time of purchase. The coupon will be scanned at the register to reveal its credit amount.

10.  Each Mystery Gift Card may be redeemed for a one-time promotional credit of $5, $15, $30, $50, $100, or $500 off a qualifying purchase. The credit amount is pre-assigned and final. Century 21 does not guarantee any particular credit amount.

11.    NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO REDEEM. Participants may visit the store during the Redemption Period to reveal their coupon credit amount and apply it to a purchase, or simply to reveal the amount with no obligation to buy.

12.   Coupons not redeemed by store closing (9:00 PM ET) on May 6, 2026 will be void and carry no value.

COUPON RESTRICTIONS

13.   Limit one (1) coupon per C21 Rewards member.

14.  Coupons are one-time use only. Any remaining credit after redemption is forfeited.

15.   Coupons have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, check, or cash equivalent.

16.   Coupons may NOT be applied to the purchase of Century 21 gift cards or store credit.

17.   Coupons may NOT be applied to prior purchases, layaway balances, or pending orders.

18.   Coupons are NOT redeemable for vintage merchandise and select departments and services as designated by Century 21 at its sole discretion. Excluded departments will be posted in-store.

19.   Coupons may NOT be used toward the purchase of Authenticators handbags or other restricted product categories as determined by Century 21.

20. Coupons exclude taxes. The coupon credit will be applied to the merchandise subtotal before tax.

21.   If an item purchased using a coupon is subsequently returned or exchanged, the full value of the coupon credit is forfeited. No replacement coupon or credit will be issued.

22.  Coupons are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and are not for resale, auction, or commercial distribution. Any attempt to sell, auction, or transfer a coupon will void it immediately.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

23.  Century 21 reserves the right to limit the quantity of coupons distributed per member and/or per household.

24. Century 21 reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this Promotion at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or liability, including in the event of fraud, technical failures, or any other factor that impairs the integrity of the Promotion.

25.  Century 21 reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who tampers with the Promotion process or violates these Terms & Conditions.

26.  Lost, stolen, damaged, altered, counterfeited, or destroyed coupons will not be replaced or honored. Participants are responsible for safeguarding their coupons.

27.  This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

28. Any disputes arising from this Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in New York County, New York.

29.  By participating, the Participant agrees to release and hold harmless Century 21 USA LLC, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liability arising from participation in this Promotion or the use or misuse of any coupon.

30. Century 21 is not responsible for printing errors, typographical mistakes, or technical malfunctions related to the Promotion.
